When you purchase a domain name registration, we will inform you of which Squarespace Registrar Entity is acting as Registrar (as such term is defined in the Product Specific Terms) for your domain name registration and therefore the applicable Squarespace Registrar Entity with whom you’ve entered this DRA; you can also determine via the Services which Squarespace Registrar Entity is operating as Registrar for your domain name registration. References in this DRA to “us”, “we” and “our” mean the applicable Squarespace Registrar Entity. References in this DRA to “you”, “your” and similar terms shall refer to you or the organization you are acting for or on behalf of as the registered name holder of the domain name registration. This DRA applies to your access to and use of domain name registration services that we provide as a Registrar (such services, collectively, the “Domain Name Registration Services”). If you're using the Domain Name Registration Services for or on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing to this DRA on behalf of that organization, and you represent and warrant that you can do so. Furthermore, in the event that, in registering your domain name or obtaining other Domain Name Registration Services, you provide information about or on behalf of a third party (including without limitation any party who is listed in the Registration Data Directory Services (the “RDDS”)), you represent that you (a) are nonetheless the registered name holder of the domain name registration; (b) have provided notice to such third party of the disclosure and use of that party's information as set forth in this DRA, and (c) have obtained such third party's express consent to the disclosure and use of that party's information as set forth in this DRA. If you don’t agree to all the terms in this DRA, you may not use or access the Domain Name Registration Services. If you have any comments or questions about this DRA, feel free to contact us.

For the avoidance of doubt, if your Domain Name Registration Services or any of your domain name registrations are canceled, suspended or otherwise terminated as a result of any ICANN-related dispute resolution policies or terms in this DRA or the Terms of Service, no fees will be refunded to you.
6.2. All domain name registrations are by default set to auto-renew. We may charge you for such renewal term prior to the start of the renewal term. Your domain name registrations in certain TLDs are established by Registry Policies to be variably priced and/or may have non-uniform renewal registration pricing (such that the fee for a domain name registration renewal may differ from other domain names in the same TLD, e.g., renewal registration for one domain name registration may be $100.00 and $33.00 for a different domain name registration). You agree to pay the applicable renewal fees.
We will follow certain required procedures to notify you of the renewal or expiration, as applicable, of your domain name registration as set forth here. However, you acknowledge and agree that timely renewal of your domain name registration(s) is your sole responsibility and you assume all risks and consequences related thereto if you do not renew your domain name registration(s) prior to its expiration date. If you fail to renew your domain name registration for any or no reason prior to its expiration date, we may, in our sole discretion, offer you a thirty (30) day period after such expiration date to renew your domain name registration (“Renewal Grace Period”), provided, that we shall not be liable should we choose not to offer such Renewal Grace Period for any or all domain name registrations and any renewal during such Renewal Grace Period may involve additional fees as we may determine at our sole discretion. If you fail to renew your expired domain name registration after the expiration of the Renewal Grace Period (if any), we may place your domain name registration on hold and flag it for deletion. To the extent your domain name registration is flagged for deletion, for the thirty (30) days following such flag (“Redemption Grace Period”), you may redeem your domain name, subject to your payment of a redemption fee, in addition to any other applicable fees. The redemption fee may be up to one hundred fifty US dollars ($150). Alternatively, if you fail to renew your expired domain name registration after the expiration of the Renewal Grace Period (if any), you acknowledge and agree that, without any liability to you, we may also, in our sole discretion: (a) make such expired domain names and all related rights available to third parties; (b) auction, sell or otherwise transfer such expired domain names and all related rights (with auction (if applicable) commencing at any time after the expiration date of the applicable domain name registration); (c) take any other action with respect to such domain name as we deem appropriate; and/or (d) allow the expired domain names to be re-registered to any party at any time. If we auction, sell or otherwise transfer any expired domain name, we may auction, sell or otherwise transfer such domain name to another party after the expiration of the Renewal Grace Period (if any), and the party who purchases such domain name will control the domain name, including its domain name registration contact information and the DNS settings. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or otherwise: (i) we are not obligated to contact you to alert you that your previously registered domain name or related rights or services will be or were auctioned, sold or otherwise transferred; and (ii) we do not have to pay you any of the proceeds we may earn as a result of any such auction, sale or transfer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, renewal and redemption grace periods may vary for different ccTLDs and sponsored gTLDs. Please refer to the specific terms for the applicable ccTLD or sponsored gTLD. In the event there is a conflict between the provisions of this paragraph, on the one hand, and the ccTLD terms or sponsored gTLD terms (as applicable) on the other hand, the ccTLD terms or sponsored gTLD terms, respectively, shall control.
7. Indemnification
7.1. Indemnification of Registry. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Registry Operator and its subcontractors, and its and their directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and subsidiaries, from and against any and all Losses (as defined in the Terms of Service) arising out of or relating to, for any reason whatsoever, your domain name registrations. The foregoing shall apply until either: (i) we are directed otherwise by the applicable judicial or administrative body; or (ii) we receive notification by you and the other party contesting your domain name registration that the dispute has been settled, the validity of which we may determine in our sole discretion. You agree that we may take other actions in our sole discretion regarding the status or disposition of your domain name registration if you are subject to litigation or other dispute regarding your domain name registration or use of the Domain Name Registration Services.

If any provision of this DRA is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect and an enforceable term will be substituted reflecting our intent as closely as possible. You may not delegate, transfer or assign this DRA or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be of no effect.
