SMS Terms
最終更新日: 2025年11月3日
These Squarespace 2FA SMS Program Terms (“2FA Program Terms”) are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Any capitalized terms (or lowercase terms specifically defined in our Terms of Service) not defined in these 2FA Program Terms have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency, our Terms of Service shall govern. If you have any comments or questions about these 2FA Program Terms, feel free to contact us.
In these 2FA Program Terms:
references to “you,” “your” and similar terms mean the individual who receives SMS messages from us via the Program; and
references to “Squarespace,” “us,” “we” and “our” mean either: (a) Squarespace, Inc. if you are a US User; or (b) Squarespace Ireland if you are a Non-US User.
These 2FA Program Terms cover SMS messages sent by Squarespace to you via the “SQUARESPACE” 2FA SMS program (the “Program”). The Program sends authentication codes via SMS message to individuals who have an Account with us and who opt in to participate in two-factor authentication (“2FA”) for their Account via SMS messages. These authentication codes may be required for you to login to, or take specified actions in connection with, your Account.
PRIVACY
Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
STOP
You can cancel these 2FA SMS messages at any time by either: (1) turning the feature off from within your Account; or (2) texting "STOP" to the short code. If you send the SMS message "STOP" to the short code, you will receive an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and afterwards, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program. If you wish to re-enable these 2FA SMS messages, you can follow the instructions in this guide to turn this feature back on and we will start sending these 2FA SMS messages to you again.
HELP
If you are experiencing issues with the Program, you can send the message “HELP” to the short code for more assistance. You can also contact us or email support@squarespace.com.
ADDITIONAL INFO
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. You will receive one SMS message with an authentication code for you to use to authenticate to your Account on the Services each time you attempt to login to, or take specified actions in connection with, your Account. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
